The Plan.

Madison Church: Ford Campus will worship in the renovated chapel on Sunday mornings. Throughout the week, the sanctuary and adjoining atrium will serve as a venue for community events: speaking engagements, the arts, music, drama, weddings and funerals. A licensed early childhood center will provide 72 children and families from income qualifying homes with high quality preschool and 0-3 early childhood services throughout the week, and will make room for Madison church's growing children's ministries on weekends and evenings. 41 apartments on the upper floors of the building will provide safe and beautiful spaces for families to call home.

The combination of affordable housing, early childhood education, social support services, and an invested church will be transformative not just in the 415 Franklin building, but in the surrounding community. Sharing physical space will lead to substantial opportunities for Madison Church, ICCF, and ELNC to collaborate in and support the work of each organization
